These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Rizzaroo Team ("Rizzaroo", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Rizzaroo application and related services (collectively, the "App" or "Services").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) Eligibility (17+)
The Services are intended for users aged 17 and older. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 17 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2) The Services

Whether it’s a catchy tune from your favorite video or a memorable speech, Rizzaroo lets you turn any video file into a standalone audio file in seconds. Perfect for creating playlists, preserving speeches, or analyzing audio content, this tool is tailored for efficiency and simplicity. Enjoy crystal-clear audio output that maintains the original quality of your videos. With Rizzaroo, you can easily repurpose video content into versatile audio files for personal or professional use.
We may add, remove, or change features from time to time.
3) Account Registration and Security
You may need an account to use some features. You agree to provide accurate information (such as name, username, and email) and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4) User Content
4.1 Your content
"User Content" includes video files, audio files, text, images, and other materials you submit, upload, or create in the Services (including any support messages). As between you and Rizzaroo, you retain ownership of your User Content.
4.2 License to operate the Services
You grant Rizzaroo a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display your User Content only as necessary to provide and maintain the Services, troubleshoot, secure the Services, and comply with law. This license ends when your User Content is deleted from the Services, except that content may remain in backups for a limited time, and anonymized information may be retained.
4.3 Your responsibility for rights and lawful use
You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights and permissions needed to use the videos and other content you process with the Services, including rights to extract audio and create derivative works where applicable. You agree not to use the Services to infringe intellectual property rights, violate privacy rights, or circumvent technical protections (including DRM) or applicable laws.
5) Acceptable Use / Prohibited Conduct
- Do not violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Do not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Do not upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Services.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks.
- Do not use the Services to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others.
- Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law.
6) Permissions (Including Location)
If you grant optional permissions (such as approximate or precise location), you can revoke those permissions at any time through your device settings. Some features may not function without certain permissions.
7) Optional Photo / Face-Related Features (If Any)
- Rizzaroo does not perform face recognition, biometric identification, or create biometric templates.
- Content is used only to provide the requested feature and is intended for one-time processing with deletion after generation as described in our privacy practices.
- Unless you choose otherwise, content is stored locally on your device. If you upload it for processing, it is handled as described in our privacy practices.
- Your photos are not used for advertising profiling, marketing, or model training.
8) Fees, Subscriptions, and the App Store
8.1 Fees
If any paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are offered, pricing and terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase.
8.2 App Store billing
Payments processed through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's terms and policies. Except as required by applicable law or App Store rules, purchases are non-refundable.
8.3 Apple-specific acknowledgements (App Store)
- These Terms are between you and Rizzaroo Team, not Apple.
- Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for the App.
- If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty (if any), you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) in accordance with its policies; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App or your possession or use of the App, including product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection claims.
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
9) Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
10) Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding User Content), are owned by Rizzaroo or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
11) Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms or if required to protect the Services or others, subject to applicable law.
12) Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rizzaroo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rizzaroo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rizzaroo's total liability for all claims will not exceed the amount you paid to Rizzaroo for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $10 if you paid nothing.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14) Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rizzaroo and its team members from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
15) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Rizzaroo's principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws rules, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
16) Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court. Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator and will provide for the exchange of relevant information and a reasoned written decision.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
If your jurisdiction does not allow arbitration or class action waivers for certain disputes, those provisions apply only to the extent permitted.
17) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. If changes are material, we will provide appropriate notice within the App or by other means. Your continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
